We have an immediate opening for an in office Executive Assistant to CFO Marsha Jablonski to provide a wide range of services to expertly assist with her schedule’s demands, management, and day-to-day operations.

This individual must possess excellent time management, logistics, and customer service skills and a willingness to learn and enhance overall productivity, reduce the CFO’s workload, and save the CFO’s and clients’ time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn about the glass and glazing industry and the customer service trends within the industry during the initial onboarding period.
  • Calendar management: scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Calendar follow-up: send appointment reminders and recaps.
  • Correspondence management: organizing and responding to emails, drafting correspondence for the CFO and Window Doctors Inc.
  • Coordinate and organize CFO and staff schedules.
  • Communication management: Answering phone calls, coordinating phone calls, video conferences, and other forms of communication with attention to detail.
  • Administrative tasks include but are not limited to assisting with paperwork, organizing, and filing.
  • Data management includes but is not limited to organizing personal or professional data and information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma, some college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of executive assistant experience
  • Computer Skills: Well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe and Excell
  • Must type 60 words per minute at 98% accuracy
  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
  • Own a vehicle and have reliable transportation
  • Legally able to work in the United States

Job Type:

  • Full-Time
  • M-F: 8am-5pm

Salary and Benefits:

  • $20-$30 per hour,
  • Paid Vacation
